We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Just contact us within: 2 days of delivery

Request a cancellation: before item has been shipped Back

Ship items back to us within: 7 days of delivery

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective,

we can't accept returns for:

  1. Custom or personalized orders

  2. Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  3. Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Include all items received. Remember, items should not be used.

and should be shipped back in a sturdy box and well packed.

Please follow these steps to ensure your return.

Damaged items because of return shipping may be denied a refund or exchange

on case by case basis.(Depending on the circumstance)
